Q. How and when do I get paid?
A. You will be paid at the pickup on the spot. You will receive a cash or check.
Q. Is there a towing or removal charge for my vehicle?
A. No. The vehicle removal is always free. Always a free tow provided. Free removal is always included.
Q. What if my vehicle doesn’t run? Is it still worth good money?
A. Yes. Cars and all other vehciles in any condition, as long as they are a complete vehicle including the original recyclable parts and have their proper paperwork, are worth great money.
Q. Do I have to have the Title in my name?
A. Yes, in most cases. There are other options in some situations however, but proof of ownership is always required.
Q. Do I need to leave the rims and/ or tires on my vehicle?
A. All that’s required is that the vehicle can be towed. 2 wheels that can roll must be on the vehicle for towing purposes. The number of wheels and the condition of them must be discussed at the time of the booking so we know what type of tow truck to send out to pick up the vehicle. If the vehicle has 4 aluminum rims and you replace all 4 aluminum wheels with steel wheels, the vehicle may be worth $25 less give or take because aluminum is a recyclable metal.
Q. If I remove the battery will I get less?
A. Yes. If you want to remove the battery, just need to let us know on the phone at the time of booking and quote. Removal of battery may reduce the vehicle quote by about $10 whether the battery is old or new. If you can supply your old replacement battery, then there is no deduction in price as once again it is only about the recyclable value. Old or new is all the same to us.
Q. If my car has been dead and not running for a while, can I still get a pickup?
A. Absolutely! That’s our specialty! As long as it’s towable, then it’s worth great money and it can be removed at no cost. The tow is always free. You will Get paid on the spot to have your car removed for Free!
